Before we get started a follow on Twitter @cameroneyles would be most appreciated and please make sure you follow One Game at a Time so you never miss a post such as part one of this very article. Anyway on with the transfers!
Who they should buy? United have a very expensive squad so I don’t think they really need to buy too many new players. A long term replacement for Carrick should be a priority but that could well come from inside the club.
Who should they sell? The Red Devils have a number of fringe players that they will be getting rid of. Ashley Young springs to mind as does Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin and ‘fan favourite’ Fellani. A number of these players will be off in January.
Who they should buy? Well we really need some extra creativity in the side. Negredo is the best striker we are realistically going to get but too often he’s isolated. Boro need someone of similar quality to Gaston Ramirez.
Who should they sell? Again more fringe players will go with Jordan Rhodes seemingly being targeted by every promotion chasing club in the Championship. Interesting to see if anyone matches his £12 million valuation.
Who they should buy? With injury to star striker Charlie Austin it’s clear they need some more reinforcements up top. Their defence may also need strengthening if Virgil Van Dijk leaves.
Who should they sell? Van Dijk is the obvious choice as the centre half has been fantastic this season and is commanding a lot of interest. I can certainly see why Saints are considering selling him given the money clubs are willing to pay for him but I’d wait till the summer.
Who they should buy? Bony hasn’t really worked out at Stoke scoring 2 in 10 so perhaps another striker is on the cards. The Potters could do with improving their full backs especially as Glen Johnson is definitely on his way to Barca.
Who should they sell? No one really leaps to mind although it’s probably time for Peter Crouch to move on. They must keep hold of the mighty Joe Allen as well.
Who they should buy? This category seems a bit redundant as Moyes has come out and said that Sunderland don’t have any cash unless they sell. Personally I think they need help all over the pitch.
Who should they sell? Defoe to West Ham rumours have been picking up but for me that would be a bad idea, they won’t be able to replace him with a better striker.
Who they should buy? In a similar vein to Sunderland the Swans need help all over the pitch they are really not in a good state at the moment. Their defence in particular needs work as they’ve yet to replace Ashley Williams.
Who should they sell? No one. The Swans need all the help they can get and should really hold on to what they have got. Sigurdsson in particular might be the player who sparks their revival.
Who they should buy? Spurs could do with some more cover at centre defence as Kevin Wimmer looks set to leave the club. Apart from that their first team is looking pretty settled.
Who should they sell? While the obvious answer is Sissoko I think it’s a bit too soon for that. Janssen has looked poor as well since arriving from Holland but is necessary cover for Harry Kane.
Who they should buy? Watford are having a pretty decent season but the goals have dried up somewhat for their strike force so perhaps they should invest in that part of the pitch.
Who should they sell? No one really leaps out to me although if a big Chinese offer came in for Ighalo I’d take it, he’s been pretty poor this season.
Who they should buy? If I was West Brom manager I would buy some actually full backs but we know Pulis prefers four centre backs and to be fair it’s worked for him so far.
Who should they sell? Berahino. He should’ve left the Hawthorns literally years ago I have no idea why he’s been kept around this long. He’ll cost nothing in the summer so the Baggies should sell now.
Who they should buy? A striker. The Hammers have a lot of strikers but most of them are rubbish. They could also do with a proper right back as Arbeloa has been really poor and Antonio is wasted in that role.
Who should they sell? It’s more a question of cancelling loans with Zaza in particular springing to mind. It would also be very tempting to cash in on Dimitri Payet.
Right that’s all for now and as always a comment is much appreciated. I hope you all have a wonderful new year and I look forward to hearing from you in 2017.
